Executive Assistant

Helping others is a core part of who I am. I've had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life. My experiences have allowed me to gain a vast understanding of different backgrounds and perspectives that have shaped my desire to make a positive impact in my community.

I was drawn to counseling and youth treatment because I have a passion for helping people navigate their challenges. Witnessing the transformative power of support and guidance inspired me to create a positive impact on people.

My personal experiences with mental health challenges within my family and understanding the struggles firsthand, I recognize the profound impact that access to mental health services can have on individuals and their loved ones. Seeing how getting help transformed my family’s situation fuels my desire to ensure others have the same opportunity for recovery. I am so grateful to be part of a supportive environment where people can find the resources and guidance they need to heal.

When I am not working, I enjoy the outdoors and especially love sharing my adventures with Cooper, my mini-Australian shepherd. His playful spirit and boundless energy bring me so much joy.

Professionally, I have been working directly with the community for over 10 years in veterinary medicine and dog rescue work. I have been lucky enough to build many interpersonal relationships within the community which has really shown me how empathy can be transformative.
