I believe that everyone has the wisdom they need to find their own version of wellness within; their voice should lead the healing process, and that lived experience can help elevate that transformation.

I am drawn to working with youth because I believe that the youth are our future and that they deserve to have the support they need to get to where they want to go and be. I know what it feels like to not be heard or seen as a younger individual and I make it a goal to create the opposite for everyone that I work with.

Youth's voice and choice are imperative to any healing journey and for the collective greater outcome.

My passion for this work began with my own healing journey and also being the main support for my son who experiences intellectual disabilities. Having the irreplaceable lived experience and learned knowledge; being able to take those challenges and transform them into a tool for others, truly keeps me going and ever motivated to support folks one unique experience at a time.

I am so grateful that I grew up in Oregon and had a father who showed me the love and connection to the outdoors. I love being outside and continuing that playful nature within nature. I have had the gift of living in the city (Portland), on the coast, and now I am back to where it all started in the Willamette Valley. I also have a special connection to music, particularly live performances in most genres but my favorite is probably hip-hop. I also consider myself an artist and a yogini and have had those practices for well over 20 years now.
