Michele Morgan

Director of Community Engagement

Michele has spent over two decades working in the areas of community engagement, development, and leadership in Lane County. Throughout her career as a seasoned nonprofit professional, Michele has focused on creating meaningful connections between organizations and their stakeholders, as well as fostering relationships that lead to positive impact.

Prior to her role at Insight Northwest Recovery, Michele served as the Director of Development and Communications at CASA of Lane County, where she led the fundraising, marketing, and public relations efforts of the organization.

In her personal life, Michele is the proud mama to three beautiful daughters and Gaga to four amazing grandchildren. Though she doesn't have any fur babies currently, she is an avid animal lover. Michele feels passionately about wellness - physical, mental and spiritual and that truly guides her, which is why she believes she was guided here – to pursue quality mental healthcare and wellness for all.
